External Hard Drive Doesn’t Work

I have an issue with my external hard drive no longer appearing on my macbook. I had tried this with other computers and it’s doing the same. I’ve tried numerous cables and still nothing. I’ve also tried looking disk utility but it’s not showing up there either. My issue is I think is the cable has been accidentally knocked out a few times and now no longer will connect. If I could have a quote please and time on how long this could or would be fixed. It’s quite important that I can retrieve all these files as I use it for my photography business. I’ve had a quote from Jan Schon for £450 and wonder what your recovery price is?

I have an old Mac G4, and a drive I installed disappeared from the desktop and I can’t therefore locate the data. Can you help me with this?

My 2TB hard drive no longer seems to be working. When plugged in the power light comes on but no noise can be heard and no data appears on the screen.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S2 GTI9100 Problem: Device is stuck on the galaxy S2 screen, it is able to access recovery mode, and bootloader mode, device will not boot into safemode, it has no other functionality for me to retrieve my data, I wish to recover, photos, contacts and whatsapp chats (or their backups) for transfer to a new phone.

I was working on a digital project, mainly using Photoshop and saving and opening many documents on my external hardrive in the space of a few hours. The hardrive was basically in constant use over a few hours. However suddenly when i tried to save another document there was a failure, so i disconnected and reconnected the hardrive but my laptop couldnt read it, since then i tried different ways of opening the files on my hard drive however all failed. There is a slight scratching noise in the harddrive when it is trying to be processed by a device. I think a possible cause may be the logical bad sectors issue, as i remember a message about ‘cylical redundancy check’ coming up when the hardrive first failed. I need to recover the data from my harddrive asap as it contains my coursework and the deadline is next week.
